Gulf Breeze sits between Navarre and Pensacola.  It is a rapidly growing area in Santa Rosa County.  Gulf Breeze boasts some of the best schools in the area and plenty of opportunity for waterfront living.  Beach access at either Pensacola Beach or Navarre Beach, both within quick driving distance.  There is a mix of new communities being developed and older beach cottages.  Also, you can find whatever you need in Gulf Breeze with plenty of shopping options.
