Navarre/Navarre Beach

One of the best kept secrets on the Gulf!  Navarre boasts the longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico.  A great family beach with a laid back atmosphere.  Great schools, shopping and dining.  

Navarre is in Santa Rosa County in Florida.  It sits on the Gulf, with Navarre Beach being the barrier island to Navarre.  A large portion of the island is dedicated military and undeveloped.  Also adjacent to Gulf Breeze National Seashore.  I dare you to find a more beautiful drive anywhere!!

A lot of new construction is taking place in Navarre, but there are plenty of resale homes as well.  The market is turning rapidly right now due to the season and a lot of military families relocating.  

Great access to Pensacola, Destin, Sandestin and I-10.  Within a half hour of the Northwest Florida Regional Airport (Fort Walton/Destin) and Pensacola Regional is within an hour drive.
